1. It has to be a genuine COMMITMENT, "...that if you confess with your mouth...and believe in your heart..."
2. It has to be the right CRITERIA, "...Jesus as Lord...that God raised Him from the dead..."
3. It has to radiate a real CHANGE, "...you shall be saved...resulting in salvation."
